Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

  • We shall process the refund once we receive the product.
  • The product must be in unused and unworn condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund will not be processed.
  • The product can only be refunded if it is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered. However, please note that the return does not apply to personalized jewellery.
  • AURAM reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account through NEFT(National Electronic Fund Transfer) or through cheque.
  • In case you have purchased a product from anywhere other than the AURAM Website, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

Return policy by Auram

  • Return Policy: AURAM offers a 5-days return policy for gold products and 15 days return policy for silver products on all domestic orders.
  • Exclusions:
    • Personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
    • If you purchased a Auram product from somewhere other than the AURAM Website, or AURAM Exclusive Stores, the return policies of your source of purchase shall be applied.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. The products must be unused and unworn and should be in their original packaging, along with the invoice.
  • Refund Processing: AURAM reserves the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Missing Items: If items are missing from a return (including promotional items), AURAM may deduct the full MRP of the missing item from the refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Initiate a return request through the AURAM website or by contact with customer care team.
  • Contact Customer Support for assistance.
  • Be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner to avoid cancellation of the pick-up.

Reverse Pick-Up and Shipping:

  • AURAM will arrange for a courier to collect the return.
  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your pin code, you may be asked to return the product via an alternate courier service (e.g., speed post or registered post).
  • AURAM will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to Rs 100 for returns via alternate courier.
  • If the shipping costs exceed Rs100 due to non-serviceable pin codes, the excess charges will be adjusted against the refund amount.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders:

  • If the order arrives damaged, or there's an issue, return the product unused and in its original condition with the original packaging and invoice to get a refund.

Missing Parcel/Product:

  • Report missing parcels or products to customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required to process the claim.
  • AURAM reserves the right to deny claims with insufficient evidence or signs of tampering.
